Rosemead Guest House Booking Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy.
Upon acceptance of a booking Rosemead Guest House requires a credit or debit card number whereupon a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night will be taken.
If the Guest cancels the booking 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the case of a no show then the full cost of the booking will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation.
If a guest shows unsuitability to stay at Rosemead because of unreasonable behaviour or nuisance to other guests he/she and accompanying party will be asked to leave and any replacement due to damage or extra cleaning required due to excessive soiling will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation.
It is now law that smoking is not allowed inside the Guest house and Rosemead operates a strict non-smoking policy.By booking with us you except that if you break this policy or are suspected of having broken it your booking will be cancelled, no refund will be given and you will be asked to leave ,also you may incur extra cleaning charges.
NON-AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking, our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless to be proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
The number of people occupying a room must not exceed the allocation allowed at the time of the booking, only registered guests may enter the property and will be allocated keys.
Unless by prior arrangement arrival is between 2.00pm -6.00pm
Check out time on the day of departure is 10.00am
